K-pop(Korean pop music) originated in the late 80s and early 90s with hip-hop, jazz, and rock influence. Nine Muses, as among the top k-pop girls, became popular during their hit albums & songs.
However, they were highly successful in acquiring the essence of all kinds of western music and making it a brand new version of K-pop music.
There were both boys groups as well as girls groups.
Nine Muses debut
Star Empire Entertainment launched a South Korean girl’s group, Nine Muses, in the year 2010, as a part of a reality show conducted back then.
Seo Taiji and the Boys became the face of modern K-pop music in the 90s.
Towards the late 90s, young idols were recruited in South Korea who excelled in dancing and singing, which eventually gave rise to many famous K-pop bands.
After the massive success of BTS, a lot of western audiences were added to the follower’s list. K-pop is not just a music genre; in fact, it’s a wholesome art with many artists undergoing rigorous training before every single performance lives on the stage.
Nine Muses members
At first, Star Empire Entertainment conducted a Mnet reality show.
Where they formed a girl’s group who were experts in singing, dancing. See how Rana, Eunji, Sera, Euarin, Lee Sem, Bini, Jaekyung, Hyemi, and Minha became a part of the show Muses.
However, later on, a sub-group was formed in Nine Muses A( Nine Muses Amuse). It was a group of four with Hyemi, Gyeongree, Keumjo, and Sojin as its members.
The sportswear options created the Muses Diary series that ranked number 5 on the Gaon Album Chart and fan’s15 on the billboard to the last phase of their singing sessions.
Nine Muses ages
All the stars were aged between 15 and 20 when they made their debut song.
Hence the bands were full of youthful, energetic stars who were all set to bring out the magical experience to their audiences.
The South Korean youth’s flashy outfits, trendy costumes, and colored hair made the appearance wild yet unique.
With those lights and the sound effects and easy- sing-along lyrics, the audience enjoyed the performance so much that their fan circle became huge in no time.
Nine Muses albums
The first attempt was a single ‘No Playboy’ that ranked number 56 on the Gaon Album Chart. It was considered an unsuccessful attempt, which didn’t meet the expectations. Nonetheless, they made a spectacular comeback with the ‘Figaro,’ which successfully reached among the top 100 billboard charts. Their first extended play, ‘Sweet Rendezvous,’ listed number 6 on the Gaon Album Chart.
With new members added to the group, they rocked the floor with the following albums; Wild, Prima Donna, and Glue, Dolls, nine kisses, lost, respectively.
‘Let’s have a party’ was yet another famous creation by Nine Muses.
